I apply this job via amazon job portal I got email on assessment test immediately, it's completely virtual AI based test 1. Online assessment test 2. Telephonic Interview 3. Virtual HR / Manager Interview
The interview process was good overall and the interviewers were professional and supportive. There were multiple rounds including communication, logical thinking, and process-related questions. Some questions were a little challenging, especially situation-based questions, but the overall experience was positive. They mainly checked problem-solving skills, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
