Went over all of the Leadership Principles. Best method to prepare is to review those. It is literally everything about the company. If you take the time to study them you'll be fine
Intensive questions. Two rounds. It helps to have the STAR method dialed in and scenarios on hand. They just like to know you're capable, and able to do that level of work.
Applied through their web page and got a screening call with a recruiter. It was about 30 minutes and pretty standard. Did not hear back from them so I must not qualify for the position.
