Two zoom calls back-to-back. Be sure to use the STAR method to answer questions and have your stories prepared ahead of time. The two women that interviewed me were both current Area Managers and we very friendly. It was a pretty relaxed call.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
