Very smooth and clear, received emails about each step. The interviewers are current area managers or other roles in operations. Expect follow-up questions if you do not say what they are looking for. Always relate answers to Amazon leadership principles.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
