First round is a phone screen that can last for an hour. THEY WANT STAR FORMAT QUESTIONS
Second round is the interview loop of 4 people for an hour each. This is 4 hours of your day and can be broken down throughout the day/week based on availability.

Tell me about a time when you didn't have enough data to make the right decision. What did you do?
Give me an example of a time when you were able to deliver an important project under a tight deadline.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
