Colloquio
The Amazon interview process usually starts with an online assessment that has coding and some behavioral questions. If you pass that, you move on to technical interviews where you solve data structures and algorithm problems and explain your thinking. The final stage is a set of interviews that include more coding, some system design, and behavioral questions focused on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Overall, they’re looking at how well you solve problems, communicate, and make decisions as an engineer.

The interview process began with an online assessment that included two challenging algorithmic questions to be solved within 70 minutes. The problems required strong knowledge of sliding windows, greedy strategies, and binary search techniques. The difficulty level was noticeably high compared to typical LeetCode mediums. The assessment focused on problem-solving speed, clean coding, and handling edge cases efficiently.
