I recently attended an SDE interview and had a positive experience overall. The interview started with a brief introduction and discussion about my projects and technical skills. The interviewer then moved on to coding questions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms. I was asked to explain my approach before coding and discuss the time and space complexity of my solution. The technical discussion also covered core computer science concepts such as OOP, databases, and basic problem-solving techniques. The interviewer was friendly and gave hints whenever I got stuck, making the session more of a discussion than a rapid-fire test.
