AWS recruiters were great and interview process was smooth. Did not get the job - which is ok - but AWS has a policy not to provide any feedback. So, spent 5 hours on a loop with multiple hours prepping, only to not get a job and not know where I went wrong.

Great format of Amazon interview. Loop interviews with back to back discussions is a very interesting and engaging format. Most of questions are situation driven and they like to hear individual contribution and strengths and leadership principles applied

Standard Amazon interview process. Included an initial phonescreen with recruiter, an hour long screen with a hiring manager, followed by a five person panel loop focusing on technical and role specific aptitude, as well as behavioral questions regarding the Amazon leadership principles.
