A screening call was completed by a Sourcer before proceeding to the next step of interview by hiring manager.
Was told the whole recruitment process takes 5 to 6 rounds.
Interview will be asked mainly based on the leadership principals and answering questions using STAR method which is no hidden secret as it is extensively over Google if you search.
Interviewers are not friendly, while interviewing they are busy typing away on the reviews.

Based on the follow up questions, you would need to provide examples on the most challenging and extreme side of your role. General play safe examples will not show enough range on the leadership principles.

there are two business interviews. the first is an hour long and the final rounds are usually 3-5 hours long. Most interviews are still virtual and done through Amazon's own video conferencing app called Chime. Make sure to have it downloaded.
