Very quick and easy process! My recruiter was incredible and had made the process so much better than other companies. I went through a phone screening and then a 3 hour loop interview. I’d say the 3 hour loop was much more difficult compared to the phone screening in the sense that you’ll need to know all the LPs and be ready to ask questions when the interviewers are finished with the loop.

Overall, Very transparent interview process. Know the STAR format (situation, task, action, result) and know Amazon’s leadership principles. After the main interview you will typically find out within 5 days.
