Questions orientées sur les leadership principles. ou l'on doit répondre en mode STAR (situation, tasks, action résultats). tous les entretiens sont conduits de la même manière, il faut resté lucide, clair, simple et synthétique afin que les recruteurs puisse prendre des notes les plus claires possibles.
