Pretty straightforward. Had the the online portion which took a while but straightforward. Interview process was pretty easy straightforward. Definitely read up on the leadership principles. Interviewers expect you to answer in the STAR format

not bad, just 1 round, interview was only like 2 hours. Interviewers were straightforward and would probe for more info if needed. Hardest part was the exam they sent before was, so long and I had 3-4 exams each time
