It took several weeks to schedule what was described as a phone screen but turned out to be a virtual meeting via Chime. The interviewer appeared disengaged, made minimal eye contact, and asked few standard interview questions, giving the impression that the meeting was merely a formality. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unproductive.
