The interview process starts with HR filtering CVs, then they will forward the suitable candidates for Phonescreening interview, which is usually 1 hour interview that covers both candidate experience, leadership, and technical. If you pass the phonescreen interview, then you will be scheduled for multiple consecutive of interviews very close to each other (possibly within the same day), and then there will be voting on the candidate based on each interviewer feedback, and the decision will be made by the hiring manager.
