OA was two Leetcode Easy/Medium Questions, one Array and one Greedy, followed by workplace assessment. Onsite was scheduled a few hours after OA, which was with a Senior Engineer on the AWS team.

OA (Online Assessment) on Hackerrank consisting of a coding part (2 leetcodes) and a pretty long behavioral. They simulate real work scenario and you have to reply (multiple choice questions) how you would behave in a certain situation

I got LeetCode questions and 3 Behavioral questions (satisfying Amazon Leadership with the STAR method). The Leetcode question is based on a conceptual tree-related question, and I completed my behavior round well. Everything went smoothly. The no.of questions varies based on interviewer.
