Very good process with good questions and professional interviewers. 45 mins each asking general questions and questions on the leadership principles. Then had the chance to ask my questions and understand more about the role.

Very structured interview process. 5 back-to-back rounds - 3 with those directly involved with the job, and 2 with general AWS members to test fit. Interviews are about 30-45 minutes and structures around 5-7 questions which are based on key values and capabilities. These values (not the questions) will be shared with you beforehand but he recruiter and you will also have an initial session with the hiring manager be fore you get to the back-to back interviews. Overall, it was an excellent experience, they are highly organised, respectful of your time, work to get to know you and also appreciate when you ask questions.
