The Interviews focused on the amazon leadership principles requiring that the responder supply stories demonstrating the leadership stories using the STAR format.

My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
