Would also advise you during the interview to help you understand whether you're a fit for the role too. Looks into your mindset & motivation in joining the recruitment industry and this role. The only reason didn't accept the offer is because I had another offer that was even better, but the offer they provided at the last stage of the interview was better than the general market rate for a person new to the industry.
