This was a short initial phone interview for a new position at Ancestry. The recruiter I spoke to was very friendly and easy to talk to. Because she was just gathering the basic information she needed to decide whether to forward my information on to the position's hiring manager, we didn't get into the technical specifics of the job or my experience.
