Received a call based on previous sales experience, then was invited to an interview in office. I felt confident that I could be a top sales performer in the interview. But the lady who interview me didn’t really give me any opportunity and completely wasted my time, making me feel like I got the job. Worst interview ever! This company doesn’t care about providing great customer service to clients but instead work hard to just get a sell. I feel like if you don’t build relationship with your client most likely they won’t even want your services. I mention how important relationship building was and was told that wasn’t good.

Easy process. Done through zoom and over the phone. Was able to speak directly with the manager I would be working under, and found out later that day I would be hired.

A three step Interview process. Two phone calls and then a video call with sales manager. Process occurred over several week period to coordinate schedules. Clear movement every step of the way.
The process was a series of interviews ranging from recruiter to manager. The final interview included a sales situational roleplay. The interviewers were knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and engaging. Communication about upcoming interviews and next steps was very thorough and efficient.
