Pretty standard. One 30 minute interview. Then a following 1 hour interview. First interview is one with the recruiter then the next one is split in two one with the same recruiter then one with a sales manager.

My initial meeting was scheduled but the recruiter did not show up to the call and did not email about it. I had to email several people to see what had happened and only after I reached out to the manager did the person reply. They then missed an opportunity to call me AGAIN, and rescheduled for the next day. Afterwards I moved forward with the Sales Leader and he was very nice. Be prepared to act out a cold call with him multiple times and it be awkward. You are supposed to make up your own company/benefits and try and sell it to him. All of that and then they do not contact you for weeks to tell you if you've moved on or not. I have also reached out and did research on how they treat small businesses and it is not honorable. Definitely would NOT recommend going through with this company.

Interviewer was easy to talk to and could tell I hadn't been in that seat for 10 years but still gave me a chance. His demeanor made me want to be part of their team.
