The process was extremely extensive - I had an HR screen, had to do one software assessment (12 questions, 2 hour limit), then meet with the manager, then I got a project in which I had to present findings to a panel. With that, I had to complete another assessment in another software (4 questions, 1 hour limit). Lastly, I met with two people on the panel individually and then the process concluded with a 12 minute, 50 question aptitude assessment. I did not hear back with a response for over 3 weeks. I followed up multiple times and got no response whatsoever. In that timeframe of waiting, I interviewed for another position at a different company and accepted an offer without ever hearing anything back from them.

Applied to analyst position and hiring manager contacted me they interviewed me and I spoke to someone on their team. A month later they asked me to take an excel test and then they never replied to me. A couple of months later I received a vague rejection email.

Started with a recruiter call then moved to a call with the hiring manager and then a call with the VP of the Department. There were two technical assessments in between.
