Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Angi (Kansas City, MO) nel mese di mar 2024
Colloquio
I found the interview process at Angi to be pretty straightforward. I had an initial conversation and then a full interview with a corporate recruiter, then had an in-person with the person who would have been my supervisor. I found the interviews to be a little formulaic, but they honestly asked harder questions than I expected. Lots of questions trying to ferret out whether you have concerns about the call volumes and such. The number 100 to 200 calls a day is commonly brought up. Ultimately, this is a super entry-level sales gig and I wound up with better opportunities, I got the impression of a brutal cold calling environment where someone could really cut their teeth, but I couldn't see staying there long without promotion.

Domanda 1
They will ask you in a lot of different ways whether you are comfortable dealing with objections and angry people and cold calling. Have multiple answers prepared from many angles.
Initial interview that seemed to mostly just ask confirming questions that were restatements of the job posting. It seemed like a screening call meant to just weed out people who had no idea what the job was and no tough questions.
Pretty straight forward interview process. First and final interview with hiring manager after the initial screening call. Standard interview questions along with a quick role play to see how you overcame objections. Received an offer but declined.

Describe a time where you faced an objection and how you overcame it.
Very informal. They called over 30 minutes early and caught me off guard. Interview felt more like they were reading me a script than interviewing me. Overall it was an easy interview.

We expect 130 calls a day. Is this something you could accomplish?
