      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Apex Growth (Los Angeles, CA) nel mese di feb 2024

      Horrible, lol. Scam company it seems. Don't bother going through the process unless you have A LOT of time to waste. They'll ask you to do a simulation pitch of what it's like to work there--pitch a company that's real (basically free work), you'll research, give your best pitch with years of knowledge, and they'll not even bother to review it–make you go through 4 rounds of interviews and then tell you they'll keep you on file while they continue to interview others. They'll tell you they've already passed that part of the process with that particular client, so you don't think you're doing free work, but trust me, you are. LOL. It'll just take your time away from interviewing elsewhere. After meeting all 4 people, it started off amazing, 1st person great, second person, cool, third person, not very personable, fourth person... would actually be a pain to work with and for. If you're looking for culture like I was, I'd look elsewhere. I was so happy I got an offer ten minutes before the interview, or else I would have felt so much worse.

      They actually asked questions I'd already answered in the first simulation round about strategy and analytics. I even created a brainstorm board for them to see my efforts, and the girl didn't even review it. Why would you ask things I've already answered–that just tells me you aren't paying attention. I answered the 3 questions from the simulation: ● Your prioritization framework and how you choose which creatives should be produced/tested in what order. ● The data sources you looked at to support your assumptions around prioritization and business impact. ● How you calculated the production costs and development times for the creative. And then they said, they were looking for more data, when these questions showcase a stage that is the beginning. In the beginning of a pitch to a company, you're still showing them what you can do for them. I was actually right on point for what the simulation asked for. Odd.
