the first round is recruiter who discussed online meeting, Job/company description and background checking, and then 2 rounds of technical meeting, with writing some code based on the different secnario.

It was highly based on the experience. All the questions were asked to check the accomplishments and challenges I had faced in my course of 7 yrs of experience. It makes one think strongly on the real work done and what value addition it did in company;s growth.
