Mostly behavioural questions, will repeat question but not rephrase . For sales position you will start as a seasonal employee then re apply for permanent position . Very few permanent positions open for each seasonal intake 10% chance of offer

The first interview is a group interview. Seemed like the more outgoing you were the more the interviewer was interested in talking to you. Probably a group of 6-8 people. The 3 most engaging would make it to the next interview which was with a manager.

Goal is to see how you can hold a conversation about certain topics. Show that you have a genuine interest in the company and its products and also a passion for customer service

There were three rounds of interviews. All of the interviews were included two or more other potential applicants. It was overall a very good experience and a very quick process.
