We had an over the phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked a series of questions about my skill level and what it was I did. The position that I was applying for asked for 3+ years experience in HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript and 1-2 years of experience with PHP (this didn't have to be work experience). I felt I was asked questions were more for a back-end web developer position and not a front-end web developer position. Also the interviewer seemed like he didn't want to even do the interview which in the beginning for me was a complete turn off. He stated they were a small company and workload could get pretty heavy.
