It's not an interview. They act like they are giving you an assessment to make you feel like you're "special" and then they say, "Well, after talking to you, I think you would make a great addition and benefit greatly to our team," which is what they say to everyone they interview. They make their money on recruits. The more recruits they have, the more money they make. The company will not lose money if you are not a great salesman, because of it being 100% commission based pay. But, if you make 14 sales for the whole summer, you've made them money. Even though you lost money, they still gained revenue off of you. Do not let them trick you at the interview.

Laid back just wanted to get to know me and see how well I could hold a conversation and conduct myself in a professional manner. As long as you are motivated they will see that and recruit you for the position.
