I applied through LinkedIn and received an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview took about 30 minutes and it was basic interview questions like strengths and weaknesses and what I already knew about the company. The next step is a 2 hour on-site interview. They give you a tour of the office then you do three mock calls based on the script they give you beforehand. After that you meet with two members of the sales team and they help answer any questions you might have about the culture, product, etc. Then there is a 1:1 interview with the sales director who goes over your resume with you. Then you meet with the sales manager to discuss logistics like benefits and commission. After the on-site interview, you are asked to send a follow up email about your experience. Overall, I’d say the interview process is pretty strenuous, but it is a really good learning experience. To me, the process shows they are really looking for people who will fit they’re company culture and perform well.
