The interviews were very informational. I learned a lot about two positions they were hiring for and got to meet with potential teammates. They also reviewed my OAD results and shared why they thought I'd be a good fit for the company and team.

They start you with a personality test from OAD. If you pass their criteria, you will have an interview with the hiring manager and then the manager of the team you would be on. They never asked any technical questions. This has caused many false positive people to be hired.
