I applied for this job back in August 2018, I did a phone interview in September, and in person interview in October. I arrived 30 min before my interview and i signed and chatted a little with the security guard. The place is warm and the people are nice. My interview was good. At least I think my interview was good. They haven't called me back yet and its been almost 3 weeks.

You have to dial in via Zoom and you’re then split one on one with a recruiter for interview. They ask questions that you have to give in-depth responses. Overall, it was just like a face to face interview just via Zoom.

The process was simple and to the point. I was basically asked what is my sales and tech background. Luckily previously working within the mobile. industry helped; plus I'm familiar with the company because it's the insurance company my company used.
The interview was through zoom, I was transferred to 3 different zoom calls (Which is a good thing; my. friend. didn't get pass the first. call). The process was a little close to a hour and honestly really easy, especially if you pass the requirements.

Initial interview was just was just about your previous experience. Final interview is you will be in a mock call with a technical troubleshooting concern. After the the troubleshooting you will then sell any product to the interviewer. It's a hard selling company.
