The first interview was a phone call, the recruiter will call you and interview you about your skills and background. The recruiter was sometimes unresponsive in some of your inquiries you need to follow up on your status to make it move forward. During the second interview, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and senior developers. I think they're 6 people in the Zoom call. The hiring manager advice to open up my camera, and he also turned it on. The other interviewer didn’t turn-on their cameras which is weird. They not even introduce themselves and started to interview me asked to give them a quick background of myself. While I was done talking about myself. They started to ask me technical question. Interview question was easy, They asked me what is React.js which is very basic question and I got answered it correctly and one of the developer jumped in and question me if I reading something in the screen which is weird and that’s unprofessional I guess. BTW, During the technical questions I answered all of it. I can confidently passed in the interview. No feedback heard after 2 days and I needed to follow up to know the feedback which is I wasn’t considered by the hiring manager. Overall experience was worst.. lack of communication during the interview and the recruiter was unresponsive.
