Started the interview process with the General Manager then Group Product Manager, Principle Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, Development Managers, and Lead Engineers... At the end of the interview process you had interviews with people from all groups and levels that you would be expected to work with.
Screening, multiple interviews with different stakeholders, challenge with multiple people in attendance. quite detailed and in-depth. pretty straightforward. Negotiated offer before accepting. Process is quite long but not too frustrating as they keep you up to date.

Resume screening at Atlassian is not good as I got rejected and got in because I was able to get a hold of someone that is in the organization. So, unless you know someone getting a call from this company has slim chances.
The call with recruiter was very standard template oriented. After that I had a TPM screen where a peer interviewed me. Despite technical challenges, feedback was positive but they moved forward with other candidates. I felt like there was a lack of transparency in the process.
