Colloquio
I didn't exactly get a interview, it was more like a short phone interview. Applied for the job online and got called the last day during evening. The person asked me why I wanted a job and ask some other questions. KEPT emphasizing that it is not a glamorous job and KEPT asking if I am ok/really keen with it. Told me its a nice working environment there. Read through the whole job description as stated on job ad when I asked about job scope. Asked how many years of working experience I have, and sounded shock to hear that I am a fresh graduate (which questions if he even read my resume) . Said if I am ok, will send me an email with the job scope and also so that I can send my resume with a picture (because it's nice to have one, note that it was not stated in the ad to send in a photo with the application) by end of evening so he can let his boss know and arrange for interview.
I replied the email accordingly and stated that I was keen, as he said if I am keen, am happy to arrange for interview this Friday (it was Wednesday then).
Here's the shocking part: job scope/description sent was very different from the one posted in the job ad ( e.g. job ad stated lesser years of experience needed than the one in the email).
Not only did he not reply my email after sending him a resume with my picture and saying I am keen and available for a interview on Friday, I never hear from him ever again (talk about being professional).
Which really makes me question if he is discriminating me based on:
1. Picture
2. Age/no. of experience
Point: It doesn't matter how good the company is, it just takes one screwed HR/point of contact in the company to ruin its image.

Why is detail-orientated a important quality to have as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Autodesk (Denver, CO) nel mese di mar 2018

Received an e-mail in response to my application, promptly scheduled a phone interview with a TAC from their SF headquarters. 30 minute phone interview went well and was fairly straight-forward - gave them my background and learned more about the position. After I was told they would get in touch with the Denver office and then get back to me, I scheduled an in-person interview the following week. Went into the office and interviewed with two other TACs face to face, then had a Skype interview with an additional two TACs - overall about 2 hours spent in their office. All things seemingly went well, however they never followed up with me or returned my dozens of emails/phone calls over the next month. Very discourteous, unprofessional and rude after investing a lot of time in the process!

The interview was organized and seemed like it was a streamlined process. I spoke with different kinds of people that I would be working with, so I appreciated getting a sense of those already working there and their backgrounds. The office is also impressive and inviting, and we sat in a room that made it feel less corporate and more like a conversation. They were concerned about what I wanted, and made me feel like they needed to sell their needs, and not just me trying to sell myself. A good balance.
