My resume got shortlisted and I was communicated via email by the HR on 3rd Sept 2023. It took almost a month to clear all the rounds and reach to the final. After the final round, I was told that I am not a "right fit" to the role. Company did not even care to reply when the feedback was asked. It was such a bad experience. I was expecting a offer because the final round with CEO went very well. I was so much invested into the company that I even rejected in-hand offer for this particular role. I lost my in-hand offer and lost the time I spent during the entire interview process. Company should really work on how the candidates are assessed. Anyway, my interview process was: Round 1: Resume shortlisting Round 2: HR Screening Round 3: Technical interview Round 4: Take-home assignment Round 5: Technical interview regards with the submitted assignment Round 6: System design interview with one of the co-founder Round 7: Final round with the CEO In all, not a great experience with Avoma.
