Interviewers were extremely friendly - some tricky questions but overall very standard. They aren't looking to catch you out on any questions. However, the interview process is quite long so make sure you stay focused throughout.

I recently completed an online HireVue interview for BAE Systems. It included a series of timed video response questions, a written exercise, and game-based psychometric assessments to evaluate cognitive skills.
Carried out online tests initially and after got invited to complete a video interview. After this I did an assessment centre which consisted of a group task, interview and case study
The first step was to enter a full profile online. The next sage was a video interview. Finally, the last stage was an assessment day. However, the process might has changed as this was several years ago.
