First interview was directly with the hiring manager, which was quickly followed by a second interview. Was informed that it would take 3 weeks before I would receive feedback. After 4 weeks I still didn't hear anything and contacted HR, message got ignored. After escalating this HR finally got back to me informing me that I would get an answer by the end of the week. What was supposed to be a few days became 2 weeks after when they send me a standard rejection email. Asked HR for feedback, never heard from them again. Tried to escalate this as well but never heard from again either. It seems to be part of their company culture to just ignore questions or requests. Overall a very lengthy process with zero care for the applicant.
