The interview process went well; however, the recruiter was unclear about the hiring process. I successfully cleared all interview rounds and received confirmation via email. After completing the selection phases, I waited for the offer letter but did not receive any response.
After a few days, I reached out to them via phone, and they informed me that there were delays on the management side, but they assured me that I would receive the offer letter soon. However, when I followed up again approximately 20 days later, I was told that the hiring process was on hold and that they would get back to me at a later time.
If the hiring requirements were not clearly defined, it is unfortunate that candidates' time was wasted in this manner. Clear communication and transparency would greatly improve the candidate experience.
