I had an initial skype call then i got an assessment task then another interview to review the task and some other questions then an interview with head of technologies then onsite interview. I had a lot of technical interviews and when i got onsite interview they started asking me questions in the areas that i don't have knowledge at them and blaming me that i made no preparations however they didn't focus on the self development/future plans and how i trained myself for a lot of topics and how i applied these topics in my work otherwise they keep asking questions about the things that i don't know just to give the impression that i don't fit for this one so why have you invited me for onsite interview? and what's the point to focus on making a lot of technical interviews

Very clear process, as we go through a quick HR interview, then we have to do a technical task, then having a technical interview, then the final one was a team fitting interview.
