My process consisted of 3 interviews. The first two were about my experience in my last jobs, to know more about the characteristics of the job and Backbase. The last one was with the team members, and it was about the Values alignment.

Colloquio
I went through 4 stages of the recruitment process and it went all very smoothly. First I had a basic meeting with a person responsible for my recruitment, then with line manager, the next one was the team DNA meeting and finally, I had a meeting with Director of Talent Acquisition.
