First-round was with HR about the JD and company followed by a technical assignment. After a technical assignment, there will be face to face discussion with the So-called technical expert and architect. Whatever you do with assignment doesn't get matter in the call with their expert because the one who reviewed your code wasn't the one who interviewed me. The guy focuses on theory rather than practical and was ignorant if you answer something which he dont know. The guy will ask you more about what he knows rather than what you know. So be prepared for things that are not even mentioned in your CV. Full marks to HR and Architect since they were a bit practical.

Even the interview is a nightmare. They require you to do homework, with a full page of description what they expect from you, and they are unable to send the input file at the first place. They do not share the criteria, but after they reject on like typos and even thing which are not valid.
They are focused what you do not know, and not interested at all what you know.

I found the interviewers somewhat disrespectful. While I was trying to clearly explain the system and the technical background, they seemed distracted—typing and not really listening. Later, they asked questions I had already answered, which made the whole experience feel dismissive.
It wasn’t a great interaction, and frankly, I don’t think I’d be comfortable working with people who approach conversations like that.

They don't have any technical knowledge-- that's why they couldn't ask. Actually they have no idea to do it.
