Heel plezierig interviewproces, goed geregeld. Eerst heb ik een interview gehad met de personeelsmanager, daarna een interview met de collegiale werver en om het af te ronden een bijeenkomst / interview met personeelsmanagers van onderzoek en ontwikkeling / het deskundige diensten team. Ik vroeg specifiek om een kort praatje met Jouk Pleiter (CEO) en ze hebben dat voor me geregeld. Moest ook een zaak presenteren met betrekking tot tech werving / sourcing + er was een persoonlijkheidstest bij betrokken. Ze nemen werven en inhuren serieus.
Consisted in 3 different interviews: one with the Recruitment team in Mexico, one with the recruitment manager and one panel interview with all of them, including a member of the team in NA.

Organized, collaborative and engaging. I like that I was able to meet several people on the team throughout the process. The case presentation was also a great part of the interview and an engaging way to see how I think and how that fits into the the companies overall mission.

Colloquio
Interview process was very smooth, talked with the relevant stakeholder not only about technical aspects but also wider vision and company fit. Interview lasted around 45mins and interviewer was on time.
