Ik kreeg het sollicitatiegesprek door een van de aanbevelingen van een van mijn vrienden die bij Backbase werkt en het had een goede impact om te worden aangeraden door een insider. Mijn contactpersoon (HR agent resident in Backbase) was heel goed in followup, wist veel over business en technische dingen, vriendelijk en ondersteunend en tot mijn verbazing heel passioneel over het bedrijf (niet zoals de meeste recruiters op een neppe manier). Ik had enkele interviews en het meest interessante was hoe flexibel het team en bedrijf was om me het beste pad te vinden en zelfs te veranderen in de toekomst.

3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.

Interview process conducted over 4 rounds. Initial screening interview with HR. Followed by a technical interview. A case study was then presented to a broader group. Final interview the hiring manager.
