Colloquio
That was one of the best processes of interviewing in my life. Everyone was friendly and competent in what they were doing. It has few steps:
- Pre-screening interview with HR. Just a pleasant talk with an introduction from both sides
- Test assignment (a small angular app)
- Technical interview (questions in the section below)
- Interview with managers. Mostly was about the approach to work and preferences in processes and plans for the future.

It's been a while since the interview, so I'll describe the process in general. Moreover, specific questions depend on the interviewers and your previous answers, and hereby I highly doubt that anyone would have the same questions that had one before.
- project discussion. Why you used this and that? How else could you do it? What could be improved? Some angular specific questions, e.g. rxjs usage.
- css rules and their performance
- basic js question, writing a helper function and fixing error in code, implementing a function for search with debounce time
Most candidates report 3–5 rounds:
Recruiter / HR screening
Discuss experience, role expectations, English level, fintech exposure.
Online coding / technical assessment
Often Codility test (Angular / JavaScript / algorithm / small coding tasks).
Technical interview
Deep discussion on Angular, TypeScript, JS fundamentals, CSS.
Sometimes includes live coding or code walkthrough.
Manager / cultural fit round
Resume-based discussion, teamwork, culture alignment.
Offer stage
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks (sometimes faster).

Interview process includes 2 hours coding round based on Angular which was done on codility platform, technical interview on Angular basics, Javascript basics and advance & CSS with its preprocessors and manager round.

The interview process was well structured and well organised , the recruiter explains the roles and responsiblites very clearly in the beginning of the process , one of the best interview process experience I had till now.
