The recruitment process was clear from the beginning to the end of it. It was contained into 3 parts (Codility test, technical interview and Cultural interview. Feedback after each part was really fast. (only a few days). The process of recruitment was flowing in a really nice atmosphere. Questions were adequate with my position. I really recommended the process of recreation from Backbase

It consisted of two stages The first stage was a 15-minute interview with the manager. Information about the company was provided. Then, questions were asked about the skills and requirements of the job position. The second stage was a technical interview with two of the company's engineers and various questions were asked about the desired skills.
