Very smooth interview process. Good first conversation with the recruiter, then with the design team, following a case presentation. All steps in the process were clearly outlined, and the case presentation was well documented and thought-out.

What do you consider being the main difference between junior and senior UX designer?
There are 4 rounds in total.
1st round: I met with HR. Quick portfolio presentation and intro to the role
2nd round: meet the working team + more in-depth portfolio presentation
3rd round: design assignment presentation
4th round: meet the country director
