The interviewer was nice but seemed a bit rushed to get through the questions. The interview was primarily role-playing where the interviewer asked broad questions and evaluated you based on your replies.

The process is long, tedious, and ends with a multi-hour group interview on Zoom to solve work scenarios. I made it to the final step, but was rejected after wasting a lot of time over a 2 months period. Their email communication was not very transparent, late, and the final feedback made no sense, they claimed I lacked experience and leadership, completely ignoring my years of work as a professional hiking and biking guide and logistics specialist for another tour operator. The whole system favors people who tries to show off during a video call instead of looking at real field experience
