Apply thru linkedin, shortlist, got call, Gd PI, interview, hr meeting, skills interview, technical interview. 3 interviewers, came to the home location. Company paid for flight and hotel. Office was good. Right questions asked
Basic Aptitude Test, Engineering Curriculum Based Technical test, Technical interview by divisional Manager,HR interview to assess fit and personality.
The technical test was a bit difficult, answers should be available online. HR interview is perfunctory, rarely people get rejected.
