Was asked to complete a series of 3 videos asking basic introductory questions, then from there was asked to complete 3 designs with 3 different design briefs. Completed that task, then received a rejection email a day later with no real feedback or human communication. I hope they are not just using this as a way to steal candidates ideas.

Answered a variety of questions, only had 1 minute to record my answer and make a first impression. Was asked to create a series of 3 graphics based off of 3 different design briefs in 3 hours. Three days later got a basic rejection email template saying they chose someone else. No genuine feedback and never actually talked to someone real all just template emails.
