A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to do a phone screen. After the phone screen I was moved to the next round which was a formal interview with the hiring manager over the phone. I asked the recruiter and the hiring manager if I’d hear back EITHER way. I was reassured multiple times I’d hear back from them . Not only did they not bother to reach back out, but completely ignored and didn’t reply to my follow up emails to confirm I wasn’t in the running anymore. If someone takes time out of their day to interview with you multiple times, have the decency to make the time it takes to fire off a single sentence letting them know they didn’t get the job.

It was a 5 step interview process for me, 2 interviews with the HM (virutal + in-person), 1 interview with HR Manager, and 1 interview with the Director.
It was nerve wracking each time, asked all standard questions.
Overall, great interview experience in terms of the people I spoke with, all personable and good flow between questions, they were reading a script. You could tell they were looking for specific answers though that matched the role and who you were speaking with.
